Actually, cattle egrets have yellow bills (yellowish orange) , period :-)
But there is a bird called a "little" egret that has a dark bill and is
more cattle egret sized...

In what environment was it seen? Cattle egrets are mostly seen on dry
land, while other egrets are usually water birds.
In any event, it is a fine image.
