No, the averaging TTL prism takes an averaged reading of the whole 
scene.  It only relays information to you, it does not set the camera in 
any way, shape or form.  It only fits on the 6x7 and 67.

The AE Prism II has aperture priority auto exposure, spot metering and 
TTL flash metering.  It only fits on the 67II.
