On another hand, if one takes a photo just before the submission, that also should count as a rush hour... ;-=)
I did suggest a more interesting variation on this theme, but it was not accepted by Brian:
I appreciated the sequence (proximity) of some of the proposed themes, so I thought of a combined one: "tranquility at rush hour".
