Opps - I think I overlooked that - or maybe I thought it was adding an extra difficulty to what I expect to be a challenging topic. It's certainly proving challenging to me. Here at Castlereagh, rush hour occurs when three cars appear on Castlereagh Road rather than two, or one - or none, in which case 'Tranquility at Rush Hour' would be a doddle... "Rush Hour" has been on the list of 'possibles' for some years - can't recall who originally suggested it.
