Yes, 120$ before taxes is about the standard price for a CLA in 
Quebec.  They will disassemble, clean and relubricate the shutter, 
then adjust curtains and meter.  Some bodies are easier to do than 
others, they probably make good money on Pentax mechanical K bodies. 
They like to work on them.  Canon bodies for example are another 
story, but they have to charge a unique price for most bodies. 
Looking around you might be able to find a "smaller" repairman (still 
well equiped) that can do mechanical K bodies for less.

LX is another story.  This is a very "dense" camera and they need 
more time to get behind the mirror cage to change those pieces 
responsible for the mirror syndrome.  My guess for an actual price 
would be 225$ (canadian) + taxes.
