I have a couple of Think Tank card wallets for the K10D (4GB cards) and
K20D (8GB cards).

Similar to this:

I keep one card in the camera, one card in the battery grip and the rest
in the wallets. Empty cards are stored label side UP in the wallet. When
I change cards I put the full card in the wallet label side DOWN, the
card from the battery grip goes into the camera and one of the empty
cards goes into the battery grip.

For the K-3 I only have 3 - 32GB cards; 2 in the camera & one in the
battery grip.

I haven't had a session yet with the K-3 where I filled even one 32GB
card, so I haven't needed to swap cards around enough to figure out the
most efficient method for dealing with dual card slots. I don't have
enough 32GB cards to need a wallet for them yet.

What do you all think for the K-1? 64GB cards or 128GB cards?

I do now have a cell phone that has a camera, but the one time I took a
photo with it, it was such a complete pain in the ass to get the photo
off of the phone I doubt I'll ever take another (I don't have internet
on the phone, I don't WANT internet on my phone).

I carry empty cards on the left case, full ones on the right, and
everything is hunky dory. What I'd like to find is a good way of
carrying more cards, other than on my camera. My camera bag does have a
couple of pockets for SD cards, but, for one, I'd like to be able to
easily move the cards from one pack to another. Also when on a trip, I'd
rather carry my "exposed" cards on my person, in case something happens
to my pack that way at least I don't lose my photos.

For micro-SD (my phone and such) I love the SDcardholder cards:

although they can only hold 4 SD cards.

There is an interesting competitor called the DiMe card that holds a
both SD and micro SD:

What I think would probably be ideal would be a small case, ideally
hard, with two compartments, one for full, one for empty cards, where
they could be stored loose. Although something with several
SDcardholders, where full cards could be stored upside down to mark
them, would also work.

What sort of nifty, inexpensive gadgets do you you use for storing and
carrying your SD cards? Or do you just transfer all of your files to an
external hard drive and carry that instead?
