Actually, I did just find two others from my several futile attempts last fall 
in my search for the perfect solution. Black, no brand per se, just labeled 
Mediacase/SDCARD x 8. Looks like the foam would come out of these quite easily.

I got all of these from B&H and/or Adorama. I’ll check later to see if I can 
find a link…
