I talked to the guy who did the 3-d printer caps and he has already done
a couple of designs very similar to what I was thinking:

There is a 3-d printer in sunnyvale that will do the 1x3 version for
about $23.

Unfortunately, they don't support Pentax lenses. But that did give me an

If it seems promising, I'll pick up some of the fotodiox lens caps and
make a better unit, probably bolting the lens caps down to whatever I
use for a base rather than just glueing them down.
If I had a 3-d printer, it would be tempting to make a rail with the
mounts for the three lenses based on this design:
