I'll take your word on it. Digital video is dizzyingly complex with various different containers, video formats, encodings, audio formats, encodings, etc. I don't have time to suss it all out at the moment; the fact I can output something usable that plays in (seemingly) the same resolution as I upload it is okay by me until I know better. I'd love to get more into motion work, but not until I retire from my current career (which may be quite soon … :-). The SL has some nice motion capture capabilities and I'd love to explore them further.
