I bet you will not try one of the hottest chilies in the world, the red Bhut Jolokia, grown in India. It is 400 times hotter than Tabasco. The red habanero of the US is famous too. I have a joke with the girls at US fast food joints. They ask me if I would like my order hot or mild. I say, please make it very very very hot, knowing their hottest is very very mild for the Indian palate. They always laugh at me. Regards.
