I do already have spares from the K-3. I was just wondering, since at
some point I expect to buy the battery grip once I buy the K-1, and I
want to plan ahead for however many additional spares I'm going to want.

My A7r does. I could persuade myself to buy a K1 if I could use it
with my little store of APS-C zoom lenses for the K5. I have enough
legacy glass for serious use, but I do like the zooms for functions
and gigs. And I *really* don’t want to buy more lenses!
