And an exposure with some regular 600 color (v3 beta) to show that
"normal" photos are also possible with the I-1:

I ordered twelve more packs of color film yesterday… 96 exposures for
roughly $250. There's a reason to sharpen your eye …! :-) ...
Ouch! to the film cost & unwelcome extra expense.
Costs permitting, keep them coming. There is really something about
these images.Another memento with Impossible I-1 and the cyanographic film:
Thanks!
It's about twice the cost of shooting 6x6 film and having it processed,
which isn't too too bad, but still an expense to be managed. After a
flurry of snapping about to learn the film and the camera, I tend to
slow way down and then I usually get most out of a pack as keepers. It's
the education cost that's steep. Can't be helped if you love the way
instant film looks, which I do, so I meter it out and enjoy it. I just
feel lucky that someone—the folks who founded The Impossible
Project—cared enough to keep the format and the cameras alive.
Photography is richer for their hard work and investment. I hope the
business thrives and they are rewarded financially as well.
The tires? Ach, I was expecting to do them this year anyway, just taken
a little by surprise by the rapidity of their decline. They were fine
four months ago. Oh well, they'll be fine again on Friday. I chose a
slightly different tire this time, one with a bit more tread life
potential. I hope they work well.

Still, that seems a bit steep for a set of 4 tires.
