Turning them with a > thumbnail, until they locked, fixed it. God ideas. Haven't worked. It seems to like being spanked. Just asks for more. And when I turn the film sprocket, it just free-wheels. I tried "rewinding" the thumbnail-on-sprocket trick, still no change. I am thinking it is an issue with the shutter release per se. The shutter release seems to be cocked and ready but there is no resistance when I depress the release. I'll contact the seller - I got most of my money's worth just with the lens, but I was looking forward to a working film camera to do a few rolls for old-times sake... stan -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
