On 19/6/16, Paul Stenquist, discombobulated, unleashed:

>I had a going away party for Gracie yesterday. She and her mother are
>moving to Houston in about 10 days. I shot a few pics while the kids
>played volleyball and really managed to foul up my camera settings. I
>had it in Tav mode with the shutter set at 1000 and the ap at 5.6. I was
>using the 150-450 from some distance, mostly at 150, but I wanted to
>rule out camera shake. Well, it seems my fingers got busy on their own
>and cranked the shutter speed up to 1/6400th at some point. That caused
>the ISO to settle in at 12800 for most of the shots. With any of my
>other cameras, that would have ruined the pics completely. These turned
>out acceptable if a bit noisy. I even printed one of them, 3210, at 12 x
>18. It looks good. Here's the gallery I put together for the parents.

in the next few years ;-)
