BTW, my “spreadsheet” arrays the various lenses against an axis which represents horizontal field-of-view (FOV) in 5° increments. To help me visually compare e.g. what I would get using a 24-70 on the K-1 vs. 15, 20-40, 55 on the K-3. [In this example, the answer is that I would get the same coverage with one lens.] There is no actual computation involved, the “spreadsheet” was just a convenient way to build the visual display I was looking for. If anybody wants a copy of the spreadsheet, let me know. stan -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
