I'm sorry you didn't see my note posted twelve hours prior to your statements 
about using Bridge's string substitution. You seemed to see my much later note 
pretty quickly, however. 

As you can see, your note about Bridge on Aug 10, 2016, at 5:26 PM didn't ask 
any questions. My response, less than 20 minutes later, did actually answer 
your earlier question on Aug 9, 2016, at 8:46 AM about whether Lightroom had a 
batch rename facility. It is unlike the one in Bridge, however, in that there 
is no string substitution mode.
