Yeah..... Try focusing on something at any distance with a lens that has a MAXIMUM aperture of F16......
BTW Nikon makes/made this one: http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/hardwares/speciallenses/12001700mm.htm Which is a much more "useful" lens....
