Fully charged Ni-MH's show a voltage of 1.4 with no load. Under load they're
at 1.3.
The threshold for Ni-MH's is 0.9 Volts. They usually crap out at 1 to 1.1
Volts, depending on the load.
I'm no expert, but I've had experience with building battery packs for my
PocketPC.
