Still don't think that I'd go with a charger which touts the "feature"
of being a flashlight. If you need a flashlight you can buy a dedicated
unit pretty cheaply. Supposedly the memory effect has been almost
eliminated from the last few generations of NiMH batteries and a good
conditioning charger will minimize even those. I'd still go with my
recommendation from my earlier post, unless you have a really crappy
electrical main.

That was true for the RCR-V3's which max at 3.7V giving 7.4V for a
pair. The Kentli batteries are Li-ion in an AA package with circuitry
(probably a zener) to restrict them to 1.5V so a set of 4 would give
the recommended max 6v. The Eneloops (which I have) & their kin are
Ni-mH hybrids which have the disadvantage of memory effect which the
Li-ion batteries don't have.

Oh, also forgot, Pentax doesn't recommend rechargeable Li-on batteries
in their cameras, initial voltages can be too high for the circuitry.

Has anyone tried these? Perhaps the answer for those old power hungry
Pentaxes like my K110D?
