That depends on what you mean by full functionality.
There are K adapters for m43 and Sony E that have aperture rings to
allow the use of K lenses without aperture rings to be used stopped
down, but they won't allow shutter preferred automation, I don't know
about Fuji X mount but I assume that someone makes similar adapters for
that system as well.
The viewfinders amp up so that it /looks/ like you're getting open
aperture metering, buy you're really not. Some people prefer that,
since you're getting a full time DOF preview.
No adapter now made will allow any Pentax AF lens to auto focus when
used on a Fuji or any other mirrorless camera system.
There is no power for the lens so those with "advanced" features such as
the newish DA 18-50 with focus by wire and the new DA 50-300 with the
electrical aperture control won't have full functionality. The former
is in fact probably completely useless in that application, the latter
is crippled in the same way that it is on any Pentax camera that doesn't
have power contacts and the updated firmware, would be.
However if you're using a manual focus, manual /mechanical/ aperture K
mount lens, the Fuji with adapter would be more transparent, more like
using an actual Pentax camera with a aperture simulator. I've often
been tempted by the Sony A7 series for just that reason. I can't
remember why I didn't really like them when I tried one out. The Fuji
cameras are just delightful to hold.

Experience with Fuji’s X-Q1 point and shoot has gotten me intrigued with Fuji
cameras. I was toying with the combination of X-E2 and one of their less
expensive wide angles until I found out that the X-E2 is not weather sealed.
Now I see that the outstanding X-T1 is available used at reasonable prices. I
don’t relish stocking up on Fuji lenses to go with it, at least not
immediately. I recall that others—Cotty and Chris Mitchell—have used Pentax
lenses on Fuji cameras. Do the adapters available provide complete
functionality for Pentax autofocus lenses?
