The adaptors work in manual mode only Eric. That's focus and aperture.
If you've got a lens without an aperture ring, I can't think of any
way of setting it for use on a mirrorless camera.
The Novoflex adapters will allow aperture control with lenses that are
ring free.
B&H sells them:

The X-T1 is a very nice little camera. I was thinking about selling my
Fuji X-Mount stuff after the K-1 came out, and did sell my X-Pro1 body.
So far I haven't moved on selling the X-T1 and lenses.
My only real gripe with the Fuji is the EVF. It makes the camera battery
hungry and gives me a headache if I look through the viewfinder for too
long at a time.
You will find with these cameras that a somewhat different shooting
technique is desirable. A lot of my strategy revolves around not wasting
battery life. I've read complaints about people getting as few as 50
shots on a battery. They either have defective batteries or are leaving
one or the other of the screens hot all the time.
