In Zulu culture, especially in the rural areas, it is quite normal for women 
to be bare breasted. I heard a Zulu photographer on the radio the am 
bemoaning the fact that he too had been kicked off FB. He made the point 
that it was irrational to judge Zulu culture by Western standards.

They do have some image analysis algorithms -- deeply flawed -- that
they unsuccessfully employ. These only manage to annoy legitimate
posters. Most of the time they rely on snitches (a mix of enemies, Mrs
Grundy's and self-appointed Net.Cops) to report images and links.
