Intrigued by your DoF comment I pixel-peeped the shot. I estimate that
the plane of focus includes Annie's hair (her bangs over her
forehead), her fingers (handle of the cup), and her right shoulder and
upper arm.  Her knee and that piercing are actually soft. Her
eyelashes are in reasonable focus, but her eyes are closed so that
matters less.

That was a kind of one-off shot as I was mostly shooting to include
environment and I scooted forward on a whim to get that close-framed
shot. I most likely tried to focus on her eyes but focus-recompose may
have thrown that off, or I just blew focus because I just wanted to
capture the moment.
