FWIW I think they're all worth doing if you have the time, but don't
expect to get good photos from the tower.
Igor mentioned the Queen Victoria Building, I'd definitely second
that. You can get tours in the Opera House. And he's right about the
bridge-climb tours. Horribly expensive and you're not allowed to carry
anything in case it drops. Walk the path across and the views will be
almost as good, for free.
