Some years back, many people lamented the lack of a super tele for Pentax. Sigma had a 500/4.5 listed in their catalogue for K-mount, but not readily available. However, they did do a production run when enough people had voiced an interest. Nice lens. Full format and all, not that I need it to be. :-) Jostein
