Thanks for the suggestions but I've already been there. I think both sites use identical engines with a different front end the results are so similar. The big problem with them is they only try to match to commercial fonts.

They probably get a cut in sales which is how they keep going.

I don't remember if this was a totally royalty free font of if it was restricted to free for personal use only, or was shareware with a limited time free license.

It might have been shareware with the author asking for a donation, which I'd happily do now, but back then I tried it for a while then decided to change.

Looking back I have to ask myself, since I like it a lot, why did stop using it. I don't remember.
