The height difference between upper and lower case letters in
exaggerated in PJ's font. The letters I find most distinctive are the
upper case 'C' and the lower case 'g' and 'y'.

Bauhaus has a similar 'y' with a centered vertical descender.

The lower case 'g' may be the key, since I haven't found another font that
has a similar shape.

It appears to be a Bauhaus derivative font if that's of any use.

Yes, I know the text in the sample is redundant.

If anyone recognizes it and can point me to where it can be downloaded I'd
appreciate the help.

Maybe upload a screenshot to http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/
