It all depends on where you are setting up... I have used those inexpensive spring loaded clamps to hook it to any handy edge... In a pinch I've also used gaffer's tape to attach it to a wall where there were no other options. If you wanted to have something that looked a little nicer than that, you may be able to make something out of PVC piping or something. Then again KEH has some used stands available too.
