Unfortunately, Digicam manufacturers use 35mm format as a reference for their lenses. So, a 34-102 Canon G2 lens is in actual fact a 7-21mm lens. My Dimage 7 has a 28-200 Zoom, but in actual fact it's a 7-50mm lens.
