If the lighting is not too bad you could probably even use 400 iso...

I've been taking a lot of indoor pictures a sports events and everytime the 
lighting is different. There's also the problem with flash... one time it is 
allowed the other time it's not allowed. The pictures with 400 iso come out 
good.

What kinda of a zoom are you going to use?
