So I saw one of these: http://vefir.pressan.is/utlond/wp-content/uploads/sites/18/2015/04/58-Edsel_Pacer-Conv-KM-08_RH-05.jpgon a ferry ride last year. It's an Edsel. The question is, can anyone tell me what the purpose of the very elongated back bumper is?
