Hello Paul, I am perplexed. I downloaded the photo from Dropbox and blew it to 100%. Some artifacts just began to show up. In fact the blue in the sky had no noise or color fringing whatsoever.
I do understand that Dropbox resizes an already resized JPEG. Unfortunately I did not shoot RAW. I use Lightroom Paul. Let me make another attempt at your suggestion. I tried a 3-D effect in Lightroom - separation of all the 4-elements - the rocks, the sea, the island in the distant and the clouds. Also the sun was peeking out from the clouds so I had to move around to avoid lens flare. Thank you for the helpful feedback.
