Hello Paul, I am perplexed. I downloaded the photo from Dropbox and blew it to 100%. Some artifacts just began to show up. In fact the blue in the sky had no noise or color fringing whatsoever. I do understand that Dropbox resizes an already resized JPEG. Unfortunately I did not shoot RAW. I use Lightroom Paul. Let me make another attempt at your suggestion.
Photos like this are exactly the reason to shoot RAW, when you need every advantage you can to make a good shot an excellent one. If you process in Lightroom the only effective difference between raw and jpeg is a little bit of diskspace, and with disk space running $50/TB, the difference is well worth it to me.
I have attached the photo again for Larry - Horizon check. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/gjgwa0n028enk38/AAAoO2HAv93Qf0uNqVnm24I7a?dl=0
Interesting, I just did a screenshot, and used another window as a "level check". Also notice the jaggies around the fisherman and his poles.
