Hi, this is exactly my approach, and I always put a wide on my left shoulder, normal round my neck and long on the right shoulder so I don't have to think about it. Putting 2 camera round the neck, or over the same shoulder, just results in twisted straps and confusion. The best straps, btw, are the 1" Domke Grippers with the swivel.
