If it’s a video editor, it has to be able to produce MPEG4 files. MPEG3 files 
are sound only. 

I don’t know anything about this particular software package. However, the 
technique to correct the orientation is simple: 

- Split the video into two clips at the point where the orientation switches. 
- Apply a rotation transformation to the rotated clip so that it’s in the 
correct orientation.
- Join the two clips back together and render a new corrected video export.

Ninety degree orientation transforms (and multiples of ninety degrees) are 
generally lossless since they’re just a matter of tweaking the parameters in 
the track to a different display value for the image raster. Doing a transform 
to any other value requires recalculation of the frames. 

Look up the help information for the software you’re using to see how to make 
this happen. :-)
