That's great to read, fantastic progress and it shows in the picture. Have you changed your diet at all? Because of gout I have given up practically everything, including free sugar, fruit juice and dried fruit, which is difficult in this day and age, not because I like the stuff, but because sugar is everywhere and often quite hidden. But giving it up makes a huge difference to weight gain/loss and has all sorts of other health benefits, at least partly because it forces you to eat unprocessed food.
I'm looking forward to seeing pictures of the new bike. Here's one I built up last year, but had finished off professionally, to use as a winter / commuting bike to save my Roberts. https://web-options.com/spa-audax/ It has mud guards now. I feel so good these days it's amazing: I haven't felt this healthy for over a decade. :-) The niggly little miseries that have crept into my life over the long years are being smashed flat… There are obviously some things that even this kind of exercise, etc, can't eliminate—I'll never be thirty again—but I simply refuse to allow incapacity due to neglect and foolishness overcome me anymore. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
