There is a smal "nub" on the cartridge which pushes a
lever (or something) in the 110 body, or doesn't. The
two asa settings for the 110 are actually 80asa and 400asa.
In its day there were also 125asa b&w and 64asa slide films,
so Pentax picked 80asa to slightly overexpose b&w print and
underexpose the slides. Back to the "nub" - if it contacts
the "lever" in the body, that sets to 400asa and if it doesn't
(is short) the body sets 80asa.
The person wondering about the 200asa could clip off this
"nub", thereby shooting at 80asa, probably better than 400asa
for the results (though I suppose 1 stop under would be OK, too)
