Subject: Help! Scratched Negatives

First, load a roll of film into the camera and advance a few
frames.
Then turn the camera off, and yank the battery.
Now open the camera back and have a look see at the film and try
to figure out where the scratch is coming from.
Plan a strategy to deal with the scratch.
