I had this happen with my MZ-5n, affecting 2 rolls of film. After I got the first one back, and had finished with the second I gave the pressure plate a good dusting, and brushed all the dust out of the film chamber. Now give the inside camera a once over with the blower brush every time I change film - it hasn't happened to me since.
