I've purchased several items from KEH over the years and have always felt that 
the items they sent me were in better shape than their ratings would have 
implied. Conversely I just sold them a very slightly used K-10 which was 
absolutely pristine with very low shutter usage along with the original box and 
all the contents as new and they downgraded it simply because it was in fact 
used.
