Aw shucks, Ralf...
Well I don't /-mind-/ mine /that much/ - those that are on the website - but I have more recipes with photos that I took that are terrible... there are some things taht are delicious to eat but look like um soemthing one threw up... that's when I got discouraged ... LOL - it has been a couple of years... maybe I'll consider it again - since the muffin coooking came from it being too cold here and my wanting more heat in the kitchen.

Your photo of the first dish is lovely! and it made me translate the recipe.  definitely sounds good.  However ,, the second one it isn't fair of me to judge as I can't abide cod fish.

Thanks Ralf - I actually did work on a recipe calendar... if you look at that whole gallery you will see other recipes but I didn't like most of my photos so
stopped working on it...

Methinks these photos are absolutely beautiful. They remind me of the photos in my mother's old recipe books from the 1950's and 60's.

I sometimes take photos of dishes we cook and like but I'm such a lousy tabletop photographer that I've never shown them anywhere but on my own blog. Here's an example:

or this one:

Delicious stuff, if I may say so myself, but photographically hopeless. Better let's have some more of yours.
