What it really needs is some delicious home-made Greek yoghurt. As it happens,
I made some the other day, for the first time ever. After taking this picture I
strained it for 2 hours to make it Greek, and then it was so delicious I ate it
all immediately.

Now all is need is my own flock of sheep and goats, and a Mediterranean
hillside.
Yassas!

Used a non-stick 6 cup popover pan, there are many on line but if I try to
share a link the links are uncomofortably long
I need to get back to "tinyurl" usage and I don't remember how to do it :-(
write me if you can help with that..
The blue corn flour is from War Eagle Mill - I got it on Amazon when I had a
free trial of Prime so I got free shipping, but Bob's Red mill is fine too.
The recipe here is lacking one thing I usually like to put in with cornmeal
muffins -- sage.. feel free to add that, or some chopped nuts :-)
