Thanks Paul, i have looked into that briefly. I'm thinking along the lines of this, if the beginning Nikon shots are lest say _D720250 and the pentax shots start at say _IGP 9000 to rename those pen tax shots _D720250a, then b then c or -1 -2 -3 etc. Not sure finder can do batch like that but i''l look
