My wife and I have been spending a month in Maui this winter. On our way back to New Jersey, we stopped for a few days in San Jose, mostly to visit an old friend who moved here from Jersey. We explored San Jose, ran up to Stanford for a few hours, and visited the headquarters of Apple and Google, plus a few museums.
While out here, I managed to get together with John Francis for a visit to Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and the Roaring Camp Railroad. This evening, i managed to spend a few minutes with Godfrey DiGiorgi t the San Pedro Square Public Market here in San Jose.
