Cold possibly be a Red Shoulder Hawk. White clouds were very bright and
happened to be directly behind
"it" when I released the shutter. I, of course, then had a perfect hawk
silhouette. The edges of the totally black
image were knife sharp and I felt it might clean up enough to see some
detail.
