That is the big disadvantage on the simpler mirrorless cameras, like the K-01 and the 'Q'. However, on a more upscale model like a Panasonic D9 or the Sony A7 the EVF makes up for most of that. I still prefer an OVF in most cases, but there certainly are situations in which the EFV actually performs and works better!
