I can only find good reviews and user opinions on the SP 24-135. However, my previous Tamron SP experience was so poor that I have not gained any confidence on Tamron products (although I would like to try the SP 24-135 too if I could afford to burn some cash). But then again, the 90mm macros are probably the best Tamron lenses ever, so it's difficult to measure their other lenses against them.
