They aren't worth repair, unfortunately, unless you're willing and able to do the work yourself.  Last time I priced a used 280T it was something like 20 dollars.  The minimum repair cost of a more modern flash is about 300 and right now KEH.com has a AF540FGZ for about $140.00. Repair simply isn't worth the money.

Unusual for them all to be completely dead.  You can recondition capacitors by 
setting to manual, then  charging and discharging repeatedly.  Might take some 
time to charge the first few cycles.
