Whoo, that's a lot of questions, but I'll answer some of them. I use a Pentax AF 400T with my 6x7. I have the 165/4 leaf shutter lens, and I use this almost ewxclusively with flash. The leaf shutter in this lens will sink from 1/60 to 1/500, so it meets most of my needs. I use a flash meter or a calculation to determine my exposures. It works very well. My PUG submission this month was shot with this combination. The model held the incident flash meter for me while I popped the AF 400T, and I was able to balance the flash with the fill. You can't use mirror lock up with the leaf shutters. For the 165/4 you set the shutter speed of the focal plane shutter at 1/8th. Paul
