We only have about 15 sq.ft. for edibles. Last year we got a good crop of 
tomatoes (regular and cherry); but this year 3 of the 4 tomato plants died (the 
cherry is doing okay). Squirrels ate most of the chard and spinach almost as 
soon as it emerged (I hate rodents!). We also have oregano and basil in the 
garden, and rosemary and chives in pots.
